Systems for busy, scattered brains
Start what you've been putting off.
Come back when you drop it.
The Restart Kit is a small behavioral system for two moments every planner ignores: actually starting a task, and coming back after you've dropped the whole thing for a while.
An undated workbook + 8 printable templates to reprint forever · $17
The part every system skips
Writing it down was never the hard part.
Most planners are built to catch what's in your head — a place to write the list. That's not where things actually fall apart. They fall apart in the gap between "it's on the list" and starting, and again three weeks later when you've stopped and don't know how to pick it back up without facing everything you missed.
The Restart Kit is built around exactly those two moments.
How it works
Three loops. Two of them nobody else builds for.
SORT is the part every planner has — emptying your head and choosing what matters. It's here, and it's solid, but it's infrastructure: what makes this kit different is what happens next.
Sort
Empty your head, then choose. A proper brain dump, a four-lane filter, a daily pick of three things.
Start
The gap most planners skip. Five concrete moves for the two worst minutes of any task — the ones between deciding and doing.
Reset
The page this kit is named for. What to do when you've dropped the system for days, or months — without catching up on any of it.
What you get
Not pages. Eight master templates you reprint forever.
Nothing in this kit is dated. The toolkit isn't pages to use once — it's 8 masters, each one built to be reprinted for as long as you own the kit, plus a one-page print guide.
Plus the 30-page workbook that teaches the whole system, once, so the printable sheets can stay this short.
Why it's short
Short on purpose. Finishable on purpose.
A bundle that big is sold as value, but it overwhelms the exact person it claims to help. This kit is finishable — built so you can get one real win in the first ten minutes, not a library you never open.
Look inside
A few real pages, not a mockup.
Fit
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
This is for you if
- You know what to do and still can't start it
- You've dropped every system you've tried, at some point
- You want fewer pages and a system you'll actually finish reading
- You print things, or write on a tablet, and don't need an app
This probably isn't for you if
- You want a beautifully illustrated planner as an object
- You're looking for medical, psychological, or therapeutic guidance — this kit is organizational tools only, and says so plainly inside
- You want habit or mood tracking built in — this kit deliberately leaves that out
- You need hyperlinked, multi-device digital planner support

Questions
Before you ask
Is this medical or therapeutic advice?
No. This is a set of organizational and planning tools. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, not a diagnostic tool, and it does not treat, manage, or address any health condition. If you have questions about your health or your mind, those belong with a qualified professional.
What format is it, and what do I print it on?
A 30-page workbook and a 9-page printable toolkit, each as a separate US Letter and A4 PDF — print the one that matches your paper, at "Actual size," not "Fit to page." The PDFs are printable, not fillable forms.
Are the examples inside real people's stories?
Every scenario inside is generic and illustrative — none of it is a real person's story, and nothing in this kit is, or ever will be, an invented testimonial.
Can I use it without printing anything?
Yes. Open the toolkit PDF in any PDF annotation app and write on it with a stylus — duplicate the file first so the blank masters survive. The PDFs have no typing fields.
What if I don't like it?
You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund, no form and no explanation needed. See the full refund policy for the details.
Can I share the files or resell them?
The purchase is a personal-use license: print any page as many times as you like, for yourself, forever. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files, or use them commercially. Full terms are here.
