If this kit isn't for you, we'll refund it. Reply to your receipt within 14 days of buying and ask — no form, no explanation, no questions. We would rather give your money back than have you keep a file you don't use.
Where this guarantee sits
This guarantee is ours to give, and it sits on top of your legal rights rather than in place of them.
The Restart Kit is delivered as digital files, available for download immediately after purchase. Where the law requires it, your express consent to immediate delivery of digital content — and your acknowledgement that this waives the statutory cancellation period that would otherwise apply — is given under the buyer terms of our payment processor, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction, and which you accept by completing your purchase.
Nothing on this page or anywhere else on this site removes any right you hold under the consumer law of your own country, or any policy applied by the platform that processes your payment. Where those rights and this page disagree, they win.
Two things that aren't refund requests
These aren't things to ask a refund for — we'll simply fix them:
- A file that won't download
- A file that arrives damaged or incomplete

How to ask
Every purchase confirmation includes a receipt with a reply-to address. Reply to that email, or write to hello@therestart-kit.com, any time within 14 days of your purchase.
